  • Team Leadership & Training: Onboard new hires, provide hands-on coaching, mentor staff, and conduct regular performance reviews. [1, 2]
  • Policy & Safety Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company rules, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards. [1, 2]
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disagreements between team members, handle operational emergencies, and fix on-the-spot problems. [1, 2]
  • Communication: Relay updates and expectations from upper management to the team, while reporting progress and challenges back up the chain. [1, 2]
