Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Engineering knowledge or experience in construction firm is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or store operations is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask, work independently and in a team environment.

Location: Yard Office, Sungai Buaya

Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, procurement, material coordination, resource planning, and administrative tasks.

Work closely with project teams, site managers.

Maintain and organize documentation, records, and filing systems.

Update, and monitor inventory records and stock documentation.

Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments on material requests and deliveries.

Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking materials and equipment.

Prepare reports, and other administrative documents as required.

Ensure all store records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
