Job Summary
Support accounting and GST functions by managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate reporting to support business operations.
Responsibilities
Process accounting transactions and apply GST regulations accurately to ensure compliance
Use Microsoft Excel, Xero, and Office applications to prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Interpret tax regulations and payroll systems to support accurate payroll processing and tax filings
Prioritize and manage multiple accounting and administrative tasks to meet deadlines consistently
Organize and maintain financial documentation to support audit and reporting requirements
Execute additional business-related tasks as assigned to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and GST
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Xero, and other Office applications
Familiarity with tax regulations, payroll systems, and financial reporting tools
Other Information
Working hours: 9am to 6pm daily
