• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, telemarketing or lead conversion. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

• Confident in making outbound calls and following up with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls.

• Patient, proactive and persistent in following up with potential customers.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, for maintaining customer records and preparing reports.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads leads and WhatsApp Business is an advantage.

• Willing to learn about hair and scalp treatments, promotional packages and customer consultation procedures.

1. Manage all incoming leads

• Monitor all enquiries from Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

• Reply promptly to every new enquiry.

• Explain promotions, including the RM98 trial package.

• Answer questions about pricing, treatment duration, location and appointment availability.

2. Convert leads into customers

• Follow up with customers who enquire but do not book.

• Call customers who click on Meta Ads and contact the shop via WhatsApp but do not reply.

• Persuade interested customers to book their first trial treatment.

• Handle objections such as price, lack of time or uncertainty about treatment.

• Follow up with customers who have not confirmed their appointments.

3. Appointment booking and coordination

• Schedule appointments according to therapist availability and VIP room capacity.

• Confirm appointment dates and times with customers.

• Send appointment reminders and follow up on no-shows.

• Coordinate with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

4. Build and maintain the customer database

• Record all leads in a CRM or lead-tracking spreadsheet.

• Track customer names, contact numbers, enquiry sources and interests.

• Update each lead's status: New Lead, Contacted, Interested, Appointment Booked, Visited, Purchased or Lost.

• Maintain a follow-up list so no potential customer is forgotten.

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

5. Lead performance monitoring

• Prepare daily and weekly lead-conversion reports.

• Track the number of leads received, successfully contacted, appointments booked, customers attended and sales generated.

• Identify reasons why leads fail to convert.

• Recommend improvements to follow-up scripts, promotions and customer communication.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and advertising effectiveness.

6. Customer retention and repeat sales

• Follow up with customers after their first treatment.

• Introduce suitable treatment packages and membership offers.

• Encourage customers to return for their next session.

• Contact previous customers about relevant promotions.

• Maintain professional communication and a positive brand image.
