Role Description

Assist customers and support daily store operations to deliver a positive shopping experience. Provide product information, process purchases, and maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find suitable products.
• Explain product features, prices, and promotions.
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist with stock deliveries, inventory checks, and discrepancy reporting.
• Handle routine customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic numerical ability and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Attention to detail and a dependable, cooperative approach.
• Ability to carry out store duties safely.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
