Retail Assistant

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.
• Replenish shelves and maintain neat, attractive product displays.
• Receive, check, label, arrange, and organize incoming stock.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory monitoring, and stock replenishment.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or low-stock items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with promotions, seasonal displays, and other in-store activities.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, customer service, or F&B is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without retail experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Cyberjaya, Selangor.
