About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the marketing initiatives of Zest Clinic and Zest Oasis. This role focuses on social media content creation, marketing execution and performance tracking, while working closely with outsourced marketing agencies to drive brand awareness, new leads, customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create and manage engaging social media content across relevant platforms, including copywriting, visuals, short-form videos, reels and Tik Tok Live.
Work closely with the founders and team to execute marketing initiatives,to support brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
Work closely with outsourced marketing agencies to coordinate campaigns, content calendars and marketing deliverables for Zest Clinic and Zest Oasis.
Track, analyse and report on marketing performance, including social media engagement, leads, campaign results and return on marketing spend.
Work collaboratively with Client Engagement Officer on client enquiries with the aim to book appointments and conversion to sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify marketing opportunities.
Support promotions, events, marketing materials and other brand-building initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media content creation.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetic or healthcare industry is preferred.
Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends and digital marketing fundamentals.
Creative with good copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
Comfortable collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings.
