- To acquire new mortgage business to the Bank from the primary and secondary market in terms of loan acceptance, loan executions and/or disbursement.
- To meet and exceed the sales productivity target set by the Management.
- To participate in property launches, sales campaigns, promotion and product launching, and required to work on weekends.
- To solicit mortgage business proactively for the Mortgage Sales Pipelines such as lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers and panel valuers .
- Sales business aligned with Management expectations and aspirations.
Requirement
- Fresh graduates for Diploma and Degree are encourage to apply.
- SPM holder with 2 years related experience are encouraging to apply.
- Able to think creatively, results oriented and display consistent performance
- Able to perform work independently, under pressure in meeting targets set, and a good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Agile and able to adopt the challenging and changing landscape of Mortgage Direct
