Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Bake: Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs, batters, and icings according to recipes and production standards. Bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation. Adjust recipes as needed for consistency and quality.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage the storage of ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters. Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Product Development: Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing ones, staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations, meet production schedules, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Requirement:

• At least 1 year experience in bakery industry.
• Able to work as a team and communicate well.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
