Job Summary

Coordinate site progress and resources with contractors, prepare and update AutoCAD drawings and project documents, and support office operations to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site progress, manpower, and materials with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Attend site and office meetings to track project progress against schedules and report updates
• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings including mark-ups, as-builts, and shop drawings for accurate project documentation
• Compile project documents such as progress reports, method statements, variation orders (VOs), claims, and handover documents to support project management
• Support office functions by raising job orders and invoices as needed, following training

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed ITE (Nitec / Higher Nitec), Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Air-Con & Refrigeration, Building Services, or related fields
• Internship experience or school projects involving ACMV or AutoCAD software
• Effective communication skills to liaise clearly with site crews, subcontractors, and main contractors
• Collaborative team player who proactively asks questions, takes ownership of tasks, is eager to learn, and willingly assists beyond assigned duties

Other Information

• Salary: S$2,300 – S$3,800, based on qualifications and experience
• Working days: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday plus Saturday half-day)
• Location: Office base plus project sites
