Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Executive - Telemarketer - Sales Representative, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Found & Find Ent Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach potential customers, including individual art buyers, corporate clients, art collectors, galleries, interior designers, and business partners.
• Promote and sell the company's art products, artworks, creative services, or related offerings through calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products, generate leads, and arrange sales appointments.
• Follow up with potential customers, respond to enquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable artworks, art products, or services based on their preferences and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations where required.
• Achieve individual sales targets, KPIs, and monthly revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-up records in the company's CRM system or sales tracker.
• Participate in exhibitions, art fairs, promotional campaigns, and other sales activities when required.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, approaching new customers, and following up on sales leads.
• Target-driven, proactive, confident, and motivated to achieve sales results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM systems.
• An interest in art, design, creative products, or the art industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
