Job Summary

You will coordinate shipments and communicate with customers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation while supporting warehouse operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment readiness and delivery schedules by liaising with customers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel
• Respond promptly to customer stock queries and update shipment schedules to maintain transparency
• Prepare and manage daily delivery documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Communicate with warehouse operations to manage inbound and outbound shipments and resolve issues efficiently
• Facilitate smooth operations by maintaining clear communication between warehouse teams and customers
• Verify billing summaries and issue them accurately to customers
• Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports on warehouse operations and customer service performance
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and present findings to the Warehouse Manager
• Assist with monthly stock takes by conducting accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to relevant personnel
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support warehouse operations and team needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience in 3PL Warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing processes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
• Ability to commit extra hours if required.

Other Information

• Working location: Tuas
• Shuttle service provided from/to Tuas West Road MRT
• 5 days work (Mon-Fri from 8am to 5.45pm)
