About the Company

We are a global financial services business providing online trading services across international markets. We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Executive to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, lead support operations, and implement technology solutions that support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system availability and business continuity.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure and network architecture.
• Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades and deployments.
• Monitor system performance, security and backups.
• Implement cybersecurity practices and support compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors and external service providers.
• Mentor junior IT staff and strengthen support capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Preferred Technical Skills
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Microsoft Azure and DevOps.
• Microsoft Intune.
• Network administration using Ubiquiti devices.
