Minimum SPM

No experience required, fresh graduates welcome

Comfortable with computer work and basic typing skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work onsite 1-2 weekdays per week during daytime hours

Working Hours: Onsite, Daytime only (between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM), weekdays only

Interview Method: Face-to-Face

Input, update, and maintain accurate data into the company’s system/database

Verify data accuracy by comparing source documents with entered records

Organize and file documents to ensure easy retrieval

Perform regular data checks and correct any discrepancies found

Prepare simple reports as required by supervisor

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data
