Job Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM models using Revit.

• Create and manage Revit project files for electrical and plumbing systems.

• Update and coordinate Revit models throughout the project, including slab pipe routing, underground pipe routing, tray/trunking routing, lightning protection, and lighting and power point locations.

• Perform interference and clash checking within the model and against other disciplines.

• Deliver accurate drawings on time.

• Carry out other drafting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Assist the Project Manager with project completion and ad hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction.

• HDB or condominium project drafting experience will be an advantage.

• Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

• MEP drafting experience in electrical, plumbing or sanitary systems is required.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
