Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Expression of Interest di Nexstrom - Maukerja

About Nexstrom

Nexstrom is a Singapore-based deep-tech company building the materials foundation for the next era of semiconductors. Silicon is approaching its physical limits, and the industry's path forward runs through atomically thin 2D semiconductors — materials that until now have lived in research labs, not fabs.

Nexstrom is closing that gap: we grow single-crystal 2D semiconductor wafers on production-ready tools that we built, turning demonstrated lab results into manufacturable technology. We're a small team of scientists and engineers working at the frontier of materials science, and we're looking for people who want to help take a new class of semiconductors from lab to fab.

We are always interested in meeting exceptional people who are excited by what we are building, even if there is not currently an advertised role that matches your background.

Who we are looking for

This Expression of Interest is open across a broad range of functions, including:

• Engineering & R&D — process development, materials science, equipment, mechanical, electrical, controls, device and semiconductor integration
• Operations & Manufacturing — laboratory operations, facilities, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and quality
• Business & Commercial — business development, partnerships, customer engagement and strategy
• Finance & Corporate — finance, accounting, legal, corporate development and fundraising
• People & Operations — HR, talent, administration and company operations
• Other areas where your experience could help us build and scale Nexstrom

You do not need to fit neatly into one of these categories. We value people who can work across boundaries and are comfortable taking ownership beyond a narrowly defined job scope.

What we value

We are particularly interested in people who:

• Are motivated by difficult problems and ambitious goals
• Take ownership and are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
• Can work effectively in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Communicate clearly and work well across different disciplines
• Care about getting the details right while keeping sight of the bigger picture
• Want to help build a company, not simply fill a role

We welcome interest from candidates across different levels of experience, from early-career talent to experienced leaders.

What happens after you apply

This is an Expression of Interest and not an application for a specific vacancy.

Tell us a little about yourself, what you have worked on, and where you think you could contribute to Nexstrom. We will review your profile against both current and upcoming opportunities.

If there is a potential fit, someone from our team will reach out for a conversation. If there is not an immediate opening, we may keep your profile in consideration as the team grows.
