Product Manager – LED Display & AV Solutions
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our LED Display business (Kinetic LED and other LED brands). This is a high-impact role for someone who combines commercial acumen, technical expertise, and business leadership to drive product success and revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:-
Own and deliver the assigned product revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Develop and execute business strategies and go-to-market plans to accelerate sales growth.
Drive the complete product lifecycle, including forecasting, procurement, ordering, shipment coordination, inventory planning, and product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas manufacturers and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and product availability.
Develop competitive product positioning and pricing strategies based on market intelligence.
Provide end-to-end LED Display solutions, including product selection, system design, technical consultation, and solution architecture.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical workshops, and customer solution briefings.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify projects, prepare proposals, and support deal closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to keep our portfolio ahead of the competition.
Conduct product training and enablement for internal sales teams and channel partners.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in the LED Display, Audio Visual, or Pro AV industry.
Strong technical knowledge of LED Display solutions and supporting ecosystem.
Experience working directly with manufacturers on ordering, logistics, forecasting, and shipment management.
Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in product positioning and pricing strategy.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage customers from technical discussions through to commercial negotiations and successful project closure.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building a successful product business.
