Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in creative production, livestream operations or graphic design will have an added advantage.

Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of OBS Studio and livestream production workflows is an advantage.

Creative and detail-oriented, with a good sense of visual design, layout and colour coordination.

Willing to learn and explore AI-powered tools for creative design and livestream enhancements.

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the Affiliate Team, moderators and other internal departments.

Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn basic livestream equipment setup and troubleshooting.

A portfolio of design work or creative projects is an advantage.

Standardise livestream background designs and organise design assets across different studio rooms to ensure consistency.

Manage and configure OBS Studio, including background layouts, scene transitions and software integrations, to ensure smooth and efficient livestream setup.

Design and develop physical livestream backgrounds that align with brand guidelines, campaign themes and product requirements.

Monitor and maintain the readiness of livestream equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones and other related hardware.

Explore and integrate AI-powered features into livestream visuals, backgrounds and banners to enhance viewer engagement.

Collaborate closely with moderators and livestream operations teams to ensure smooth technical setup and execution of livestream sessions.

Collaborate with the Affiliate Team to develop creative designs and visual materials for affiliate campaigns, promotional activities and product marketing.

Create banners, livestream backgrounds and other promotional visuals to support affiliate marketing initiatives and improve audience engagement.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues involving livestream software, equipment and visual elements.

Propose improvements to Management regarding studio backgrounds, scene transitions, creative designs, workflow efficiency and technical enhancements.

Maintain organised records of livestream design assets, templates and technical setup guidelines.

Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
