Public Sector Exposure | 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
Gain public sector exposure while supporting daily operations, administration and frontline services.

Location: Central Singapore
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am–6.00pm / Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,500 per month + Statutory leave benefits

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and logistics for appointments and operational activities.
• Provide frontline assistance and handle enquiries from the public and stakeholders.
• Check documents and process applications within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and operational systems.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations.
• Contribute to process improvements, SOP reviews and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Singaporean only
