Role Description The Food Server is a full-time, on-site role based at PERA Turkish Grill and Mezze in Singapore. The Food Server will greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The role includes explaining menu items, making recommendations, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit. Daily tasks also involve setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth service, and handling payments or billing with care. The Food Server will support a welcoming atmosphere, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests professionally and courteously.
• Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including basic knowledge of menu items and serving etiquette.
• Candidates should possess basic Cooking awareness or food preparation understanding to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and describe dishes accurately.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand and move for extended periods.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality roles is beneficial, especially in casual or fine dining environments.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning and adapting in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of or interest in Turkish cuisine and culture is an advantage.
