Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation.
• Wash, peel, cut and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
