Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and expand the company’s project pipeline by identifying new business opportunities in building construction and major upgrading works. You will play a key role in securing tenders, building client relationships, and positioning the company competitively in the construction market.

Lead generation and opportunity identification
Tender sourcing and bid management

Pipeline management and forecasting
Industry-Specific Skills (Construction)
Strong understanding of building construction and A&A works
Knowledge of tendering processes (public & private sector)
Familiarity with contract types (lump sum, design & build, etc.)
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
Understanding of construction project lifecycle and costing
Commercial & Financial Skills
Cost analysis and pricing strategy
Budgeting and financial evaluation of projects
Contract negotiation and deal structuring
Risk assessment and profitability analysis
Relationship & Communication Skills
Stakeholder management (clients, consultants, subcontractors)
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Presentation and proposal-writing skills
