Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Strong interest in paper products, stationery and books.

E-commerce experience will be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English for business communication and partnership management.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Confident in engaging with the public and promoting products at events.

Willing to travel overseas for book fairs, events and other business activities when required.

Manage and develop relationships with existing stockists and business partners.

Identify, approach and onboard new stockists, collaborators and channel partners.

Coordinate and manage events, including book fairs, weekend markets and other promotional activities.

Engage publishers and writers to list and promote their works on the company’s platform.

Handle partnership agreements, commercial arrangements and related documentation.

Drive e-commerce sales through platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.

Monitor market and consumer trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Propose new product ideas and development opportunities to management.

Support other business development and partnership initiatives as required.
