• Experience in rent-to-own, financing, leasing, insurance, telco, or consumer products industries is an added advantage

• SPM holders must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or customer service

• Candidates with relevant experience but below the required education level may also be considered

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Target-driven and results-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Able to work independently under pressure

• Able to use the company's internal system to update job results

• Handle overdue customer accounts by contacting customers and arranging payment plans, escalating to Field & Recovery team when required

• Update job results and case status using the company's internal system

• Negotiate with customers to recover outstanding payments while maintaining good customer relationships

• Work independently to meet collection targets under time pressure

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve account issues efficiently

Working Hours & Days

• 5 working days per week

• Choice of working day schedule:

  • Tuesday – Saturday

  • Wednesday – Sunday

  • Thursday – Monday

• Choice of working hour schedule:

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
