Full Time Product and Sales Trainer Jobs, salary up to MYR 10,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Asia Recruit Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Research and develop effective selling propositions and product demonstration guidelines.

Conduct product testing and benchmarking to identify key product features, functions, and usage scenarios.

Plan and conduct selling skills, role-play, product demonstration, and product knowledge training for internal and external participants.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and organize training programs.

Conduct competitor product testing, benchmarking, and consumer needs analysis to provide relevant product insights.

Evaluate competitors’ online and offline product demonstration and selling methods to identify best practices.

Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop the promoter team’s product knowledge and selling skills.

Visit retail outlets and travel as required to support training, product demonstrations, and market activities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Strong spoken and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good cooking skills with a genuine passion for cooking and food.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.

Ability to plan, organize, and deliver both in-person and digital training programs.

Ability to engage, motivate, and captivate audiences effectively.

Highly presentable, engaging, and approachable personality.

Previous experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or in a similar role.
