Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or audit experience

  • Experience using accounting software

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently

  • Good Microsoft Excel / spreadsheet skills

  • Able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently

  • Responsible, organized & able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of daily accounting transactions
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
  • Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
  • Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and supporting schedules
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process supplier and utility bill payments
  • Issue invoices, receipts and payment records
  • Monitor outstanding payments and cash flow
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external parties when required
  • Perform administrative and data-entry tasks in the accounting system
  • Prepare monthly accounts & financial statements
  • Perform bank reconciliation & account reconciliation
  • Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & supporting schedules
  • Manage supplier bills & company payments
  • Issue invoices, receipts & payment records
  • Monitor receivables, payables & cash flow
  • Support month-end & year-end closing
  • Maintain accounting records & system updates
  • Assist with audit, tax & other accounting matters
