Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will provide safe, effective, and evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients across various clinical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess patients and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.

* Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation programmes.

* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards.

* Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Educate patients and caregivers on exercise, rehabilitation and self-management.

* Participate in departmental activities, quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.

Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy or equivalent.

* Fresh graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply.

* Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

* Registered with the relevant professional body and eligible to practise in Malaysia.

* Passionate about patient care and professional development.
