Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts by preparing quotations, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, and identifying upselling and renewal opportunities to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing business accounts to maintain and grow client relationships
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, renewals, and orders to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and distributors to deliver appropriate solutions and competitive pricing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and quotations for effective account management
• Identify upselling and renewal opportunities to maximize revenue and client retention

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management to effectively manage client portfolios and sales processes
• Diploma or above preferred as a foundation for understanding business processes and client needs
• Strong communication skills demonstrated by engaging clients professionally and maintaining a customer-first approach
