Sports Science / Retail Operations Intern

Monster Archery is inviting motivated and passionate students to join our team for an Full Time /Internship Program in the archery retail and sports industry. This internship offers practical exposure to sports equipment retail, customer service, and sports science applications in archery.

Position

Sports Science & Retail Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in selecting suitable archery equipment
• Provide basic product information and guidance
• Support daily retail operations and walk-in customers

2. Social Media & Content Development

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms
• Support marketing initiatives for product promotion
• Capture photos and videos for digital marketing

3. Equipment Handling & Maintenance

• Learn basic archery equipment setup and tuning
• Assist with equipment inspection and maintenance
• Support shooting range preparation when required

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in inventory organization and stock monitoring
• Support product listing and stock updates

5. Research & Development

• Participate in product research and performance testing
• Contribute ideas to improve store operations and customer engagement

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Sports Science, Sports Management, or related field
• Interest in archery or sports equipment
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
