Candidate must possess at least a diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Administration, or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. We are seeking candidates proficient and in written Mandarin to effectively communicate internally and with external parties.

Computer literacy and able to create documents using office software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Capability to manage appointments and calendars.

High capability in follow-ups.

Must have own transport

Mature and tactful to handle task, sense of professionalism

Able to multitask, resourceful & proactive with good common sense & also a sense of urgency.

Reporting to the Chairman and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

Liaising with internal departments, coordinating, and following up on the progress of all day-to-day matters.

Managing internal and external correspondence with advice from Chairman as and when necessary.

Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, minutes and presentations.

Maintain a well-organized filing system that secures confidential files.

Able to do follow-up affairs efficiently and good time management.

Able to communicate and interact closely with the Chairman for important tasks and deadlines.

Always be presentable and maintain the best practices and etiquette.

Able to work extra hours when required.

Any other adhoc task assigned by superior.
