About Us
Acquapura Pte. Ltd. is a water solutions company. We provide F&B venues and corporate offices with a sustainable way to produce their own in-house cold still and sparkling water.

Our on-site filtration and carbonation systems help operators reduce operational difficulties like purchasing bottled water, managing deliveries, and wasting valuable storage space.

The Role
We are looking for highly motivated, hungry, and driven sales professionals to expand our presence in the local F&B and corporate sectors. This is a pure "hunter" role where your earnings directly reflect your effort.

What You Will Be Selling (Our Value Proposition):

• Elevated Presentation: Beautiful, reusable 750ml bottles that complement fine-dining aesthetics.
• Cost Reduction: A significantly lower cost-per-litre compared to importing bottled water.
• Space Optimization: Eliminating crates of incoming inventory and empty single-use bottles.
• New Revenue Streams: Empowering F&B outlets to sell filtered water for high-margin returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily door-to-door B2B sales prospecting to restaurants, cafes, bars, and offices.
• Pitch our water filtration and carbonation solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate and consistent daily reporting on venues visited, contacts gathered, and leads to follow up on.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold contact to closing the deal.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in sales (B2B or F&B sales experience is a massive plus).
• Fluent and articulate in English, with strong persuasive communication skills.
• High resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a field sales environment.
• Self-starter mentality requiring minimal supervision.

Compensation

• This role is 100% Commission-Based, offering high, uncapped earning potential for successful closers. Commissions are paid out for every closed sale based on the contract length.
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses are awarded for good performers.

Pay: $1,693.86 - $6,188.60 per month
