We are an event company specializing in corporate events, music events, and creative events. Our services cover the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to production and on-ground execution. We work on a diverse range of events and experiences. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and hands-on Event Executive Intern who enjoys generating ideas and is eager to gain real-world experience in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events
• Brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts, activities, and experiences
• Support event preparation, coordination, and on-ground execution
• Assist with event proposals, presentations, and event-related materials
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Assist with event setup, registration, and on-site operations
• Support social media content creation and event promotions
• Contribute ideas to improve event concepts and audience experience

About You

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields
• Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
• Prior event experience is preferred; experience can include school events, internships, part-time event work, or freelance projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar is a plus
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
• Willing to support on-site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required
