Kerja Sepenuh Masa Admin Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di YSK Freshmart WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in an Admin (Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome). Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with outlets/management)

A. Leasing & Rental Management

• Coordinate property viewings and respond to tenant enquiries.
• Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and related documents.
• Follow up on rental renewals, expirations, and vacant units.
• Maintain updated records of rental rates, deposits, and tenancy periods.

B. Tenant Management

• Communicate with tenants regarding rental matters and enquiries.
• Assist in handling tenant complaints and requests.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on property repair issues.
• Monitor tenant move-in and move-out arrangements.

C. Rental Collection & Documentation & Property Coordination & Administrative Support

• Assist in monitoring rental payments and outstanding balances
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with the relevant departments.
• Update the property database and tenant information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

D. Others Admin Works

• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
