We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, documentation, billing, payments, and financial records for our property management operations.

• Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.

• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Assist with tenant/owner billing and collection records.

• Perform bank and accounting reconciliations.

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.

• Assist in preparing monthly accounting schedules and reports.

• Assist with SST and e-Invoice related documentation, where applicable.

• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, tenants and other parties regarding accounting matters.

• Assist the Finance Director with month-end closing and other accounting tasks.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
