Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Head of Experience Design di Eames Consulting - Maukerja

A major bank in Asia is rethinking what its design function is for.

AI has cut the time it takes to write requirements and is starting to turn user stories into working code. The real question is what designers do with the time that frees up?

Their answer is to understand customers properly, solve the right problems and set the guardrails that let AI tooling be used safely and at scale. Libraries, standards, review. Judgement over production volume.

They are looking to hire a leader with a strong service design background who has run large teams in a regulated environment and sees this shift as an opportunity rather than a threat. The structure is still evolving, which will suit someone who wants to shape it.
