About The Job
- Conceptualise, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and launch plans for new and ongoing residential and mixed-use property developments from pre-launch to post-completion stages.
- Drive the brand's digital ecosystem by leading high-impact digital marketing campaigns, optimising performance marketing and enhancing online lead generation funnels.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor bench marking, and consumer behaviour analysis to formulate effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and target audience profiling.
- Oversee and manage external creative agencies, digital media planners, public relations firms, and event vendors to ensure high-quality deliverable that align with brand standards and timelines.
- Partner closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Project teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets, ensuring a seamless customer journey and optimised conversion rates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the property development industry, with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in successfully launching high-rise residential developments within the Klang Valley market.
- Agile, resourceful, and capable of thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environment
