• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or related fields

• Interested in social media, news, current affairs and trending topics

• Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads

• Able to write simple and engaging content

• Good understanding of Malaysian social media culture is an advantage

• Able to understand different viewpoints and public reactions towards trending topics

• Creative and willing to explore new content ideas

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools is an advantage

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content tools

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese

• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

We are looking for a creative and curious Social Media & Content Creator Intern who enjoys social media, follows what’s happening around them, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content.

You will work closely with our team to create content for different social media platforms while gaining hands-on experience in content planning, trend research and short-form content production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and other platforms

• Research trending topics, current affairs, social discussions and online trends

• Assist in writing captions, headlines, hooks and short-form scripts

• Turn news, social topics and trending discussions into easy-to-understand content

• Assist in creating short videos, reels, graphics and visual content

• Monitor trending topics and identify potential content ideas

• Support content planning and brainstorming sessions

• Assist in managing daily social media posting

• Observe audience reactions, comments and online sentiment

• Use AI tools to assist with research, content ideas, copywriting and visual creation
