Kelayakan

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Only candidates with a Degree qualification will be considered.

  • At least 1–3 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor in the semiconductor industry.

  • Willing and able to work in shifts.

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Tanggungjawab

  • Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.

  • Follow 5S practices, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.

  • Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
