1. Graduated with SPM

2. Able to work 6 days a week including weekend and Public Holiday

3. 2–3 years of HR/Operations experience.

4. Good knowledge of HR administration and employment-related legislation.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

6. Good planning, organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

7. Good command of spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits, welfare, leave and medical administration.

• Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing and placement for non-supervisory positions.

• Monitor employee attendance, discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Conduct counselling, show-cause procedures and disciplinary actions where required.

• Support employee onboarding, training, coaching and HR briefings.

• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, reports and confidential documents.

• Manage employee uniforms, lockers and related HR assets.

• Assist with Industrial Relations, OSHA administration, loss prevention and operational matters.

• Support store operations by assisting with manpower planning and peak-period manpower requirements.

• Perform other HR and operational duties assigned by Management.
