Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (essential for communicating directly with our Mandarin-speaking client base and internal team).

Education & Experience: SPM qualification or equivalent and above; fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with basic office exposure are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning client support tools or ticketing software.

Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and a patient, solutions-oriented attitude for handling client inquiries alongside routine administrative tracking.

Client Support & Messaging: Respond to client inquiries via incoming phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input client details and update internal operational records using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Document Management: Prepare, process, and organize everyday business files and client records across physical and digital filing systems.

General Office Support: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including mail sorting and providing operational assistance to the team as needed.
