Job Requirements

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing.

• Possess retail operations experience inclusive of Sales Management, Product Display, Stock, Training & Development of staff and Inventory Management.

• Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.

Retail Sales Supervisor Role Summary:

Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth daily showroom operations. Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, team development, operational excellence, and customer relationship management while upholding the Company brand image and service standards.

Job Responsibilities ： 

• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the showroom sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.

• Ensure all team members provide professional product demonstrations and excellent customer service in accordance with the Company service standards.

• Monitor individual and showroom sales performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

• Conduct regular product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service training for showroom staff.

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain competent showroom personnel.
