Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media presence, develop engaging content, and support digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maintain an active and consistent social media presence
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation
Produce social media posts, short-form videos, captions, graphics, and other digital marketing materials to support campaign objectives
Manage social media accounts to maintain a consistent brand image aligned with business goals
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Respond promptly to social media enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing content with overall business objectives
Assist with website content updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media management tools
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
Ability to plan content, manage deadlines, and handle multiple marketing tasks
Familiarity with social media analytics and digital advertising platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
