Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Construction Manager (Data Center) di NES Fircroft Selangor - Maukerja

I am supporting the delivery of a major data centre development in Malaysia and would like to speak with experienced Construction Managers Data Center.

This is a senior, site-based and client-facing position. You will take responsibility for day-to-day construction delivery, coordinate multiple work fronts, manage contractor performance and resolve issues affecting safety, quality or programme delivery.

You will also work closely with project controls, quality and commissioning teams as the project moves through completion, testing, commissioning and operational handover.

Mandatory experience

• At least 10 years of construction management experience
• Direct experience delivering data centre construction projects
• Experience managing main contractors, subcontractors and specialist vendors
• Strong HSE leadership and practical knowledge of permit-to-work requirements
• Experience reviewing method statements, risk assessments and construction work packs
• Ability to coordinate multiple construction activities and contractor interfaces
• Experience identifying programme constraints and driving recovery actions
• Confidence providing progress, risk and issue updates directly to clients
• Involvement in project completion, testing, commissioning and handover
• Strong written and spoken English
• Malaysian work authorisation and availability for a site-based contract

Candidates must have directly managed construction delivery on a data centre project.

The initial contract duration will be between 6 and 12 months, depending on project requirements. The role may require extended hours or support during night activities at critical stages of construction and handover.
