Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts and perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and accurate financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow reports.
• Verify, review, and match vendor invoices against supporting documents.
• Manage fixed assets and maintain accurate asset records.
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and related documentation.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve payment queries and respond to enquiries.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly or quarterly operating analyses.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
• Safeguard confidential financial information, including payroll and profitability data.
• Coordinate tasks effectively to meet reporting deadlines.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Experience using accounting systems or financial software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is an advantage.
