Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Producer to support the planning and delivery of video, digital, broadcast, or event productions. You will work closely with producers, creative teams, crew, and external partners to keep projects on schedule and ensure production runs smoothly from preparation through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with research, concept development, scripts, production briefs, and presentation materials.
Coordinate production schedules, meetings, bookings, and logistics.
Support casting, location scouting, permissions, equipment hire, and crew arrangements.
Prepare and maintain call sheets, contact lists, production documents, and project trackers.
Liaise with talent, crew, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Provide on-set support and help resolve day-to-day production issues.
Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget monitoring.
Coordinate post-production schedules, feedback, revisions, and delivery of final assets.
Maintain organized records of footage, releases, contracts, and production materials.
Follow company procedures and applicable production safety requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in production coordination, media, events, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A collaborative approach and confidence working with different stakeholders.
Familiarity with common office tools and production workflows.
Willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required by production schedules.
Preferred Skills
A qualification in film, media, communications, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of editing software and digital asset management.
Experience assisting with budgets, supplier coordination, or client-facing projects.
