Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA-QC Officer (Fresh graduate), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Steelworks Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

• To record all necessary document daily that are required for yearly QA & QC ISO 9001 audit
• To record all related documents of quality & quantity control data that may be required for internal use
• To liaise with the quantity officer to ensure quality of all products is in good order and dimension before send out for additional work
• To liaise with quantity officer to ensure the quality of all products is in good order and dimension before delivery
• To quality test necessary items or finish goods requested from management or in the routine schedule that is required from certificate standards
• To prepare (FAT) reports in finished goods requested by clients or management
• To take charge and lead QA/QC team in quality control documentation
• To prepare weekly report for quality production output
• To liaise with the warehouse officer to ensure healthy stock level and good condition products
• Upon management request, visit contractors for outsourcing goods and to record finished goods quality & quantity
• To liaise with health and safety committees to provide safety induction & training for new employees in fabricating quality finished goods
• To liaise with quantity officer & record incoming raw material is incorrect good quality and correct quantity
• To ensure galvanized goods in good quality before packed for orders or keep for warehousing
• To ensure good quality packing upon loading goods into the container to avoid damage of goods
• Quality Assurance including reviewing production and in-house test reports
• Handling of Product Certification and related product testing
• Monitor and ensure product quality as per requirement
• Identify and check product for in-coming, in process and finished goods records
• Inspect and record finished goods or rejected products
• Identify, record, investigate follow-up on client’s complaints of product defects or shortages.
• Liaising among different departments, i.e. management; sales & site; packing; procurement; 3rd party auditors
• Perform other task shall it be assigned by management
• Work Monday to Saturdays (Alt Saturday)

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferabbly Man for the position
• Able to do a hands-on job

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
