Financial & Resource Governance: Manage multi-million tech budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Risk, Audit & Compliance: Ensure robust risk governance, chair key committees, maintain business continuity plans, and align with evolving regulatory frameworks.
People Leadership: Champion talent development, succession planning, and diversity across large multidisciplinary teams.
about the requirements
Executive Track Record: 15+ years of senior executive technology management experience within complex, regulated financial services environments.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Transformation Expertise: Proven success delivering large-scale digital transformations and major system implementations (such as core banking upgrades); cloud migration and AI/automation exposure is a plus.
Domain Mastery: In-depth understanding of banking operations, including deposits, trade finance, lending, treasury, and money transfers.
Stakeholder Influence: Outstanding ability to advise C-suite executives, collaborate with regional teams, and engage with regulators and auditors.
