Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct business performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders across multiple business pillars, including services, medical devices, and machinery-related operations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, financial modelling, and investment evaluations.
• Assist in audits, tax matters, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members while building leadership capabilities within the department.
