Tanggungjawab

  • Establish and review all professional development policies, procedures and handbook pertaining to recruitment, re-employment, learning and development matters
  • Oversee all recruitment and professional development budgets
  • Responsible for the recruitment and appointment of all staff including the salary package
  • Establish and review the professional development framework leading to directed learning outcomes of ESO
  • Develop and manage all professional development programmes
  • Maintain data management and tracking systems of recruitment, learning and development of staff for various report requirements
  • Provide professional advice on recruitment, learning and development
  • Ensure that the performance management process is adhered to
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Responsible for the data management/ analysis for performance management
  • Custodian of performance management data for academic and specialist staff
  • Any other duties assigned by the school

Job Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills wth good knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Good time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure especially for performance management
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding and respect for confidentiality in dealing with all HR issues
  • Able to identify problems and think of solutions to resolve by making sound and firm decisions
  • Able to empower team members and work together to achieve HR goals
  • Able to provide guidance to team members and identify opportunities for growth and development
  • This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
