Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,500/month + up to SGD 1,500 monthly variable

About us

We build the personal brands of Singapore’s top sales leaders, business owners, and industry experts: the people who run big teams, close big deals, and want their market to know their name first.

We don’t churn out content. We handle the whole chain: positioning, content, brand, and lead generation. Our clients are some of the most driven professionals in Singapore, many in finance and property. They don’t pay us to look good. They pay us for results, and that’s the only thing we’re judged on.

We’re a team of 15 across Singapore and remote, and we’re growing fast. We’re raising the bar on content, and we want one person to own it.

The role

You run content here. All of it.

You’ll own the strategy for every client in our books and the playbook the rest of the team works from. You’ll direct shoots for our biggest clients and have the final say on whether something is good enough to go out. You report directly to the founder, with a team of editors and designers executing your direction.

If you’ve been the most capable content person on a team that never let you lead, if you’ve watched good ideas get watered down, if you know you could build something better given the chance, this is that chance.

What you'll do

• Sit down with new clients, work out what makes them different, and turn it into a content strategy they’re excited about
• Research what’s actually working in their space and why, then build from there. No templates, no posting for the sake of posting
• Write hooks that stop the scroll and scripts that sound like the client on a good day, not like AI
• Film key clients in person on a phone, no crew needed. You direct the shoot, then brief the editors on exactly what you want
• Set every client’s content targets, track the numbers monthly, and fix what isn’t working
• QC every piece before it reaches a client. If it’s not good, it doesn’t go out
• Build our content playbook from scratch and make it the standard

Who you are

• 3+ years creating content that grew accounts, ideally for professionals, founders or service businesses. You can show the numbers
• Comfortable sitting across from a top-producing advisor or business owner and getting their story out of them
• Able to shoot and direct on a phone, and you know what makes a talking-head video work
• A strong writer of hooks, scripts, and captions in the client’s voice, not just your own
• You care more about leads than likes, and you can explain the difference
• Singapore-based and able to travel for shoots and client meetings

This is not for you if you

• Want to stay hands-off and only manage. You’ll be on shoots and writing scripts yourself
• Have freelance clients or a side hustle alongside this role. This has to be your only job, because split attention shows in the work
• Need a polished brief before you can start. Half of this job is finding the angle nobody handed you

No hard feelings either way. We’d rather both sides know now.

Compensation

• Base: SGD 3,500–4,000 a month, depending on experience
• Variable: up to SGD 1,500 a month, tied to delivery, client results and client renewals. We’ll walk you through exactly how it works on the first call
• A full compensation review at 12 months, with the base rising as the company grows

We’d rather pay well for someone excellent than pay average for someone adequate.
